The staff was attentive and accommodating.

Our stay was marred by significant inconveniences. First, the window in our room felt unsafe. there was a concerning gap, making me wary of my child being near it. Secondly, the internet connection was incredibly unstable, which was frustrating given the expectations for connectivity. Lastly, I was disappointed with the breakfast options. the fruit selection seemed stale, and the eggs were consistently overcooked.

The friendliness from the staff since the first day and the cleanliness were a big plus! My kid was in the pool often, it was spotless every single time!
